Be ready to be challenged by the other players. Bring lots of water because you might need it. You could be doing anything from drills to playing and even running. Make sure you try as hard as you can and show the coaches your determination. Do extra on every shot like running to each ball. Meet the coaches as soon as you can and it could help you to get picked for the team. Get a good rest before and come ready to do whatever it takes. Eat before and you should be set but take some fruit with you for a refuel or if you get hungry. Just do your best and you will do fine. As long as you do your best you will be happy with your results. But I will worn you freshmen have a slight disadvantage because the seniors will get some help and you will have three more years so the coaches might pick more upperclassmen for the team but don’t worry it might or might not happen. Good luck
